Here are 3 things that we learnt from the latest episode of Smackdown:

Dirty Dawgs retain their titles

This Friday Night Smackdown, we saw a fatal 4-way Tag Team contest for the Tag Team Championships. The Mysterios, The Street Profits, The Alpha Academy & The Dirty Dawgs had a massive encounter.

Throughout the match, the Mysterios dominated the teams with their high flying moves. The Street Profits also tried to steal the show but weren’t much successful. Dolph & Robert made a move in the end and won the match via pinfall thereby retaining their titles.

Jey Uso won Andre The Giant Battle Royal

Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal took place with 30 superstars in the ring at the beginning of the match. For a superstar to get eliminated, he needs to be thrown above the top rope out of the ring. The last man standing wins the match.

At this Battle Royal, the final four were Ricochet, Jey Uso, Shinsuke Nakamura and Mustafa Ali. Within a blink of eye, it was Jey & Nakamura remaining in the ring.

Shinsuke had the match in his control after he landed his finisher on Jey. However, in the end Jey outmanoeuvred Shinsuke and eliminated him.

Daniel Bryan addresses WWE

Friday Night Smackdown started with Daniel Bryan addressing the WWE Universe. Bryan talked about his worthiness over the WWE Universal title and how he almost won at Fastlane.

Daniel then talked about the new brutality cultivated under him against Edge & Roman Reigns. Bryan promised that the Wrestlemania would witness a rather new and aggressive Daniel Bryan.
