The Fastlane 2021 PPV ended with lots of surprises and unexpected results. Rumors’ came to be true as The Fiend Bray Wyatt appeared in the match between Randy Orton and Alexa Bliss and finally took his revenge on the Viper which ended up with Alexa Bliss winning the match via pinfall. Apart from this, there were several events which ended up unexpectedly and could continue to run their course till the WWE RAW event.
Braun Strowman V/S Elias?
On the Fastlane event, Braun Strowman had a one on one match scheduled against Shane McMahon which got cancelled after Shane injured himself while training. This led to agony amongst Strowman as he was waiting for this match as it could have been his chance at getting back at Shane McMahon after he humiliated Strowman too many times. Strowman, then ended up attacking another wrestler Elias who was about to talk to McMahon regarding Wrestlemania. This ended up badly for Elias, will there be consequences for Braun Strowman at WWE RAW or would he have to face Elias at RAW?
The Fiend Bray Wyatt at RAW?
After destroying the Viper Randy Orton at his match at this Fastlane, the Fiend finally got his revenge from the Apex Predator leading Alexa Bliss straight to the win. But, the rivalry isn’t ended yet. Will the Viper face the Fiend again at WWE RAW? The better thing would be whether WWE announces a match between the Viper and The Fiend at Wrestlemania. Sounds good Right? Cherry on Top would be Alexa Bliss appearing as the Special Guest Referee for the match.
Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler V/S Sasha Banks & Bianca Belair- Did the old feud ended or a new one started?
At Fastlane, the match above was for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship title which Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler ended up retaining as a result of their cunning and team work. After the match ended, we saw some disharmony between Sasha Banks and Bianca Belair and after a while, Sasha took off and waved her WWE Women’s Championship Title. Is it possible that this feud could lead to a one on one match between Sasha and Bianca at WWE RAW. I do think so.
A.J Styles & Omos V/S The New Day?
AJ Styles and the tall Omos, who were previously seen challenging the New Day for the RAW Tag Team championship title haven’t been seen for a while. Maybe the two got scared after seeing the New Day thrashing Shelton Benjamin & Cedric Alexander previously or maybe the challengers are waiting for the right time and might be seen fighting a match against the New Day at the WWE RAW.
Daniel Bryan V/S Edge?
Roman Reigns this Fastlane defended his WWE Universal Championship title against Daniel Bryan where Edge was the special Guest Enforcer for the match. Daniel Bryan managed to “Yes Lock” Reigns after which Bryan was attacked from behind by Edge. What’s important here is that the referee was injured and unconscious and Reigns tapped out to Daniel Bryan’s Yes Lock but there wasn’t any referee in the ring. Edge got himself a new rival out of this match by taking Bryan’s Shot at the WWE Universal Championship which suggests that most probably, we’ll see a match between him and Bryan sooner or later.
