Berrettini wins hardworking game over Aliassime in Quarterfinal of Wimbledon, Will face Hurkacz in Semifinal
Berrettini beats Aliassime: London is increasingly the seat of Italian dreams. In addition to the splendor of the Azzurri of football at Wembley, the star of Matteo Berrettini shines on the green lawns of Wimbledon.
The 25-year-old Roman, number 9 in the world and seventh force on the draw, has won the pass for the semifinals of the third round of the Grand Slam, taking place on the grass fields of the All England Club of the English capital. 
The blue defeated the Canadian Felix Auger-Aliassime, number 16 of the seeding, with a score of 6-3 5-7 7-5 6-3. Berrettini is the second Italian in the history of the British Major to reach the semifinals.

Berrettini will face Hurkacz in Semifinal
Only Nicola Pietrangeli (in 1960) before him had gone so far in London. For the Roman it is also the second semifinal of his career in a Major.
