Brighton beat Man City: Brighton completed a stunning comeback and beat Man City 3-2 in the Premier League at home on Tuesday.
Gündogan and Foden sent City 2-0 ahead but goals from Trossard, Webster and Burn ensured Brighton beat City 3-2 for the first time in the EPL.

FIRST HALF
Brighton did not get off to a good start as City took the lead within 2 minutes through Gündogan.

Manchester City were down to 10-men as Cancelo was sent off in the 9th minute.
ImageThe Portuguese failed to clear a long ball and brought down Welbeck in the process. This ensured a straight red for denying a goal-scoring opportunity.
Even though City were down to 10-men, they were clam with their possession and unaffected by the loss of Cancelo.
City reached half time without any pressure from the home side as it was 1-0 at the break.
SECOND HALF
City started the second half just like they did in the first half with a sumptuous goal from Foden.

Brighton pulled one back and made it 2-1 in the 50th minute through Trossard.

The Seagulls were impressive since Trossard scored.
Brighton’s persistence was rewarded as Webster levelled matters and made it 2-2.

Brighton got themselves into the game and the crowd’s presence could be felt in the performance.
Sánchez made an important save to keep out Mahrez as City tried to score the winner.
ImageBurn scored in the 76th minute to complete the comeback for Brighton and make it 3-2.
The defender managed to bundle his shot past Ederson to score the 5th goal of the match.
City had the chance to equalize in extra time but Sánchez denied them.
Brighton held on for the remainder of the match and beat Man City 3-2.
There was jubilation in the stands as Brighton beat City for the first time in the Premier League.
They now face Arsenal in their last match while City play Everton to wrap up the 2020/21 season.
