ENG vs IND: On the third day of the third Test match of the series being played between England and India at Headingley ground. The Indian batsmen finally worked to show the way for the team’s return.

After bundled out England’s first innings for 432 runs in the first session of the day. The Indian team ended the third day at the loss of 2 wickets with 215 runs in their second innings. After which only 139 runs lead is left.

India just lost 1 wicket in first session

The Indian bowlers did not take much time to wrap up the remaining two wickets of England’s first innings in the first session of the third day and wrapped up their innings for 432. However, England had got a big lead of 354 runs in comparison to the first innings of the Indian team.

After which everyone expected a good start from the Indian opening pair. Rohit and Rahul, playing carefully, almost took the time till lunch. But Rahul got out on the last ball before lunch after scoring 8 runs off the ball of Overton.

Rohit and Pujara showed positive game and second season was India’s name
With the start of the second season. Rohit Sharma continued to score runs while showing a very positive game from one end.

At the same time, everyone’s eyes were fixed on Cheteshwar Pujara the most.  After which a completely different style of Pujara has been seen so far in this innings, in which at one time he was scoring runs with a strike rate of around 100.

While the Indian team took the score beyond 100 in the second season’s game, Rohit Sharma also completed his half-century. At the end of the second session, the Indian team’s score was 112 runs for the loss of 1 wicket.

Lost Rohit’s wicket in the third session but Pujara and Kohli took over

As soon as the game of the last session of the day started, the Indian team got a big blow in the form of Rohit Sharma on the score of 116.

But after that, captain Kohli, who came out to bat, initially kept his eyes on the pitch playing carefully and after that he worked with Pujara to accelerate the pace of runs.

Pujara and Kohli shared a 99-run partnership in the third session, while the Indian team ended the day with 215 runs for the loss of two wickets. In which Pujara was playing unbeaten on 91 and Kohli 45.
