ENG vs IND 4th Test: Jarvo arrested for entering for the fourth time in Cricket Ground, faces a lifetime ban

India vs England, 4th Test: After the Lord’s, Leeds Test, England’s cricket fan Jarvo (Jarvo Arrested) infiltrated the field in the Oval Test as well.

During India’s bowling, Jarvo entered the field and collided with English batsman Jonny Bairstow. After this, Jarvo has been arrested by the London Police.

In the current Test series between India and England (India vs England, 4th Test), YouTuber Daniel Jarvis aka Jarvo (Jarvo Arrested), who repeatedly entered the field by defying security, was arrested by the London Police.

Jarvo had infiltrated the Oval ground before lunch on the second day of the fourth cricket test. During this, Jarvo collided with England batsman Jonny Bairstow. Jarvis, known as ‘Jarvo 69’, has entered the field for the third time in three matches. Yorkshire County decided to impose a life ban on him but the ECB has not taken any strong action.

A BCCI source said, “Yes, Jarvo69 has been arrested by South London Police.” Jarvis, who took a stance in Leeds after trying to field at Lord’s in the Indian team jersey, was seen running when Umesh Yadav  Was bowling.

He also collided with Jonny Bairstow standing at the other end. He was later thrown out of the field.

Cricket Legends angry with Jarvo’s infiltration

Many veterans expressed their displeasure with the infiltration of Jarvo. Virender Sehwag even said that if Jarvo had done this in front of the Punjab Police, he would have got so many sticks that he would not come out of his house.

On the other hand, commentator Harsha Bhogle called Jarvo an idiot. Wasim Jaffer tweeted and raised questions on the security arrangements of the grounds of England.

England’s strong performance on the second day

At the end of the second day’s play, India had scored 43 runs for no loss in the second innings and are now 56 runs behind. KL Rahul was playing on 22 and Rohit Sharma was scoring 20 runs.  Rohit got life in the score of six runs when Rory Burns could not catch his catch at second slip.

Earlier, with the help of half-centuries from Olly Pope and Chris Woakes, England recovered from the initial setbacks and scored 290 runs to take a crucial 99-run lead over India.
