The Italian side thumped Levico Terme 9-0 last night to register a third win in a row as they look to get their squad ready and match-fit ahead of the huge season coming up.
Agostinelli, Benassi and Sottil scored a brace each while Kokorin, Bianco and Gori also found the back of the net in this win.
This will be Fiorentina’s last pre-season warm-up match before their season gets up and running with a Coppa Italia match vs Ascoli.
On the other hand, Serie C side Virtus Verona finished 11th in Group B of the third division league last season and need to improve if they are progress next season.
Virtus played out a goalless draw against Hellas Verona in their last match which ensured that they were yet to register a victory in pre-season.
