IPL Flop Foreign Players: As the IPL 2021 postponed due to the transmission of the Covid virus within the players and management. It had to be called off and suspended. Even though it was at a premature stage to decide a winner as we all know sports always has a surprise element to it.
But let’s look at 5 overseas player who were a big flop in terms of performance in this season’s IPL 2021.
Steve Smith (DC):
He is one of the finest batsmen of this century. He has played a total of 95 games in his IPL career and scored 2300 runs including 1 century and 11 half centuries. In 2021 IPL season, he played 6 games and only scored 104 runs with a strike rate of 111, which is quiet disappointing to his caliber.
Nicholas Pooran (PBKS):
He has been on his worst form of his career. The man from the West Indies who fell for 4 consecutive ducks in the IPL 2021 season. He failed to make an impact for the PBKS and ended up being the worst player.

Sunil Narine (KKR):
No doubt at all, one of the best all-rounders of the T20 game but failed to make an impact with the KKR in the 2021 IPL season. Out of 4 games he only managed to score 10 runs. He is known for his mystery off spin, has not anymore and KKR might let his go next season.
Riley Meredith (PBKS):
The man who is capable of pacing the ball at 140kph who also, the best performer in the domestic leagues. He failed to make an impact with the PBKS. He played a total of 5 matches and picked up only 4 wickets.

Dwayne Bravo (CSK):
He used to be a dominant player of CSK and he is also a champion player. He is an all-rounder and in the 2021 season. Bravo managed to score 21 runs and pick up just 3 wickets which is a low for him.
