Kelechi Iheanacho wins Premier League Player of the Month award; check out


Leicester City forward, Kelechi Iheanacho has been named the Premier League player of the month for March.
The 24-year-old scored 5 goals in 3 league matches during the month and followed it put by a brace in the quarter final of the FA Cup against Manchester United.
He scored in the 1-1 draw against Burnley followed by scoring the equalizer in Leicester’s 2-1 away win against Brighton.
The ex-Manchester City completed the month with a brilliant hat trick against Sheffield United in the 5-0 drubbing and also added a brace to his tally against Manchester United in the quarter finals of the FA Cup which the Foxes won 3-1.
Iheanacho has scored 6 goals in the Premier League this season and will look to increase his tally in their next home match against table toppers, Manchester City.
His performances have helped Leicester secure a strong hold on the 3rd spot in the league table.

ImageChelsea’s Thomas Tuchel has also won the Premier League Manager of the Month for March as he continues his unbeaten run as Chelsea’s gaffer.
The Blues began the month with an important 1-0 away win against Liverpool followed by a win against Everton.

EPL Results: Chelsea defeat Everton 2-0, stay fourth in the table

A draw against Leeds did not help their cause due to the dropped points but the defensive capabilities was a big positive for Tuchel as the month drew to a close.
