Manchester United are the record-holders of the EPL having won it 20 times; last being in 2012-13.

Aside from this, they have secured the FA Cup, EFL Cup and Club World Cup 12, 5 and 1 times respectively.

In Europe, the Red Devils have won 6 titles which includes 3 UEFA Champions League and 1 UEFA Europa League honor.

Sunday’s EFL Cup win over Chelsea took Liverpool to 49 Major honors in their club’s footballing history.

Liverpool’s 49 titles make them England’s most successful football Club ahead of fierce rivals, Manchester United.

This includes 19 Premier League titles, 6 European Cups, 7 FA Cups, 9 EFL Cups, 3 UEFA Cups.

To add to this are 4 Super Cups and a Club World Cup title. Triumph on Sunday made them the record holder of the EFL Cup titles as well (9).

Jurgen Klopp, who joined the club in 2015 has now only the FA Cup title yet to lift as the club’s manager.

Once he does so, he will have completed the full set as Liverpool boss, which is a record in itself.
