Most Major Trophies EPL: The English Premier League remains the ultimate battle for English players to prove their mettle at the highest stage.

Apart from this, English sides have slowly gained pushed their limits to greater strengths and been able to maximize their potential across Europe as well.

The Blue half of Manchester has secured 22 Major trophies in their club history.

This includes 7 Premier League titles, 6 FA Cup titles and 8 EFL Cup honors; being domestic titles.

Manchester City’s only European success was the European Cup Winners’ Cup in 1970.

Manchester City have been the team to watch out from England post 2011 as they have consistently achieved success almost every year.

From the thrills of winning the EPL in 2011-12 on the final day in extra time to losing their maiden UCL title in 2021; the Sky Blues have seen it all.

The Blues from London has been yet another English side that have been dominant in winning major honors.

With 28 titles, Chelsea is one of English football’s most respected and quality sides.

Chelsea has won the EPL 6 times alongside 8 FA Cup, 5 EFL Cup domestic titles as well.

Their European success has boomed in recent times having won 2 UEFA Champions League titles in the last 10 years (2012 and 2021).

Apart from this, they have won 2 UEFA Europa League and the same number of UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup and UEFA Super Cup titles too.

The FIFA Club World Cup title was the last remaining piece of the puzzle which they picked up 2021 as well to complete the set.

Arsenal-31 titles

Arsenal has seen some fantastic talents in Henry, Bergkamp lead the Gunners to success across the Country.

However, this is one side that hasn’t been able to stamp their authority in Europe as a team; with the UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup in 1994 being their only achievement.

Alongside this, they have the record for most FA Cup titles (14) and 2 EFL Cup titles.

Manchester United-45 titles

The Red Half of Manchester is one of England’s most famous and successful clubs with 45 titles to their name.

Manchester United are the record-holders of the EPL having won it 20 times; last being in 2012-13.

Aside from this, they have secured the FA Cup, EFL Cup and Club World Cup 12, 5 and 1 times respectively.

In Europe, the Red Devils have won 6 titles which includes 3 UEFA Champions League and 1 UEFA Europa League honor.

Liverpool-49 titles

Sunday’s EFL Cup win over Chelsea took Liverpool to 49 Major honors in their club’s footballing history.

Liverpool’s 49 titles make them England’s most successful football Club ahead of fierce rivals, Manchester United.

This includes 19 Premier League titles, 6 European Cups, 7 FA Cups, 9 EFL Cups, 3 UEFA Cups.

To add to this are 4 Super Cups and a Club World Cup title. Triumph on Sunday made them the record holder of the EFL Cup titles as well (9).

Jurgen Klopp, who joined the club in 2015 has now only the FA Cup title yet to lift as the club’s manager.

Once he does so, he will have completed the full set as Liverpool boss, which is a record in itself.
