Nets:

The Nets trio has been downright dominant against the Celtics. KevinDurant, James Harden, and Kyrie Irving became the first trio of players ever to score 200 points over two straight playoff games in the NBA. In the previous game, the trio made a combined score of 95 points. Apart from them, Blake Griffin scored just 2 points while Bruce Brown Jr. and Joe Harris scored 14 points each for the team.

 Predicted lineup:

  • Kevin Durant – forward
  • Joe Harris – forward
  • Blake Griffin– center
  • James Harden – guard
  • Kyrie Irving – guard

Celtics:

For the Celtics, Jaylen Brown has already been sidelined which is definitely hurting them, and now Kemba Walker’s status is also questionable. He did not play in Game 4 due to a bone bruise in his left knee. Jason Tatum alone has been carrying the team well this far and he scored 40 points in the previous game as well. Jason alone cannot carry the entire offensive load on him. Evan, Marcus, Payton, and Aaron managed to get 10+ points for the team each. Although it wasn’t good enough for them to give them a win.

Predicted lineup:

  • Jayson Tatum – forward
  • Evan Fournier – forward
  • Tristan Thompson – center
  • Marcus Smart – guard
  • Romeo Langford – guard

Game prediction:

In Game 5, the Nets will have home-court significant advantage and the Nets currently have much more talent on the offensive end. The Celtics will have to keep up, especially with Jaylen Brown sidelined and Walker Injured.

But it seems like the Nets have got it all figured and are moving towards yet another win-making 4-1.
