Ousmane Démbélé: Ousmane Démbélé is set to be on the side-lines for 4 months as the Frenchman requires knee surgery due to an injury in Euro 2020.

He was brought on as a substitute in the 57th minute against Hungary and had to withdraw 30 minutes later due to the knee injury.

Ousmane has had a history of injuries since his move from Dortmund ranging from hamstring to muscular injuries which has hampered his progress.

The 24-year-old has missed 86 matches for Barcelona since his move in 2017.

Ousmane misses out the remainder of the Euro 2020 as he requires immediate surgery in his knee.

He was a late substitute in the 1-0 win over Germany.

Good performances in the last season for Barcelona assured a call-up to the national squad for the Euro 2020.

The winger scored 6 goals and provided 3 assists in the 2020-21 La Liga season in 30 appearances.

Since 2017, he has scored 33 goals for Barcelona in 130 appearances.

With the consistent spate of injuries, his future will be a point of discussion with his contract expiring in 2022.

France has already secured a spot in the Round of 16 in the Euro 2020 having secured 4 points from 2 games.
