Martinez headed in as early as the fifth minute before the Argentine international added a second goal 12 minutes after the break.
Inter’s third goal came in the 66th minute after Lukaku managed to overcome Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s obstacle.
The victory allowed Inter to extend their position with a four-point advantage over their opponents in second place.
