2006 Liverpool vs West Ham United

This was one of the best finals due to Liverpool’s comeback after being 2-0 down.

But Liverpool struck back from Cisse to make it 2-1.

Konchesky made it 3-2 to West Ham before Gerrard popped up in extra time to make it 3-3.
Liverpool won the penalties 3-1 as Zamora, Konchesky and Ferdinand missed their spot-kicks to seal a memorable win for the Reds.
2013 Manchester City vs Wigan Athletic

2005 Arsenal vs Manchester United
