Mendy did a fabulous job between he sticks as he denied shots off Benzema and Hazard to hold onto a clean-sheet.
Werner scored the first goal as he headed home for 1-0.
Kai Havertz’s initial chip was denied by the bar but the German was alert to head home from a couple of yards.
Mason Mount sealed the semi-final when he steered a cutback from Pulisic for 2-0. The 2nd goal knocked the stuffing out of Zidane’s men as they succumbed to the Blues.
Courtois made fine saves off Kanté, Mount and Havertz to deny Chelsea from increasing the lead.
Overall, Chelsea provided a clinical performance while Madrid has a lot of searching to do ahead of next season.
Kanté was once again the standout performer along with the likes of Havertz, Pulisic and Mount.
