WWE News: Seth Rollins prefers Bayley over Becky Lynch says, “Would like to work with Bayley”

WWE News: Seth Rollins is currently competing with Edge for a match at SummerSlam 2021 this Saturday, August 21.

And if you look further you see himself fighting Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship. But he doesn’t think about allying with Becky Lynch again like they did in 2019.

Despite their marriage, that they are parents of a girl, they do not feel comfortable working together in WWE because their characters are very different, they were then and they are also now with “The Messiah.”

In fact, Rollins prefers to work with Bayley. As he was also doing before the fighter was injured several weeks ago, for the same reason.

The wrestler explained his point of view in a recent interview with Richard Deitsch of Sports Media, also stating that “The Man” does not need to have anyone by his side.

«Even before starting the adventure like the Drip God, like the Visionary, like the Monday Night Messiah; it didn’t work. Her character (Becky Lynch’s) is lonely. You don’t need anyone. Seeing that character in a relationship doesn’t feel good. I never felt good. Especially now, I don’t know what it would look like.

“ The characters of Seth Rollins and Bayley, their synergy was perfect and it made perfect sense for them to be in the ring together and do a promo together. The character (of Lynch) is not cut out for a number two. There’s nothing wrong with it, but I don’t think we’ll ever have to go back to that again.”

Nothing indicates however that the company plans to reunite them when the Irish fighter returns to action soon. The truth is that no plan that they are preparing for her has come to light. Although presumably they are evaluating options while Becky Lynch trains with Seth Rollins.
