WWE News: The Rock could challenge Roman Reigns, if he returns at Survivor Series
WWE News: A few days ago it was reported a potential return of The Rock to WWE programming for the PPV Survivor Series.
As WWE would be reinforcing its cast with its most recognized icons. In addition to the return of John Cena, the company would also want to bring back one of its biggest stars, such as The Rock.
During the Mat Men Pro Wrestling podcast, Andrew Zarian announced that people from FOX. USA Network and WWE had confirmed The Rock’s return to the company.

Also, these people told him that the superstar would be a kind of “free agent”. And that he would have the freedom to appear on both Raw and SmackDown.
“I can confirm that USA Network wants it on the Monday show. But it will appear everywhere. It will not be an exclusive Raw story. It will be everywhere.”
Zarian confirmed that The Rock will appear on all of WWE’s main cast shows.
USA Network wants The Rock to be part of the post-Survivor Series Raw show if WWE is able to find a place for him. Still, the superstar will roam between the two brands whenever his schedule allows.

On the other hand, at the moment it has not been confirmed that The Rock will fight in Survivor Series. In fact, Zarian himself seemed inclined to believe that Dwayne Johnson will appear in Survivor Series for another purpose. A match is still expected at WrestleMania between The Great One and The Tribal Chief.
