King & Queen of the Ring Tournament: WWE King  & Queen of the Ring to could begin from 8th October on SmackDown

WWE News: The Queen of the Ring and King of the Ring tournaments could begin on October 8. At the premiere of the new season of Friday Night SmackDown on FOX.

Journalist Andrew Zarian has confirmed on the Mat Men Pro Wrestling podcast  that the two competitions will begin on the same day. And it will continue on subsequent shows until concluding at Crown Jewel 2021.

“The Queen of the Ring and the King of the Ring will begin on SmackDown in the premiere of the new season (on October 8). They will continue in other programs, obviously.

The culmination will be in Saudi Arabia on October 21″, have been Zarian’s words, transcript courtesy of  Ringisde News.

King & Queen of The Ring

Zarian himself already announced that the women’s tournament was destined to be held between October 8, on SmackDown, and on October 11, on RAW. But today he has added the probable start date of the King of the Ring.

The journalist also indicated that the finals of the two competitions will take place on the return of WWE to Saudi Arabia, on October 21.

Last week it was reported that WWE would have registered the trademark “Queen’s Crown Tournament” in the United States Trademark Patent Office (USPTO). It is expected that this name is used for official to refer to the tournament ‘Queen of the Ring’ that has been rumored for some months.
