Before this fight, Breakker will try to reduce the strength of his rival and tonight he will face Robert Roode, an ally of Dolph Ziggler.
Roode will return to action in NXT, a mark that he dominated for 203 days. The Canadian had his last singles match on NXT in 2017.

Tonight the final of the Women’s Dusty Rhodes Classic Finals will take place. The team formed by Io Shirai and Kay Lee Ray will face the team of Dakota Kay and Wendy Choo.

Tonight NXT will offer two new confrontations for NXT Stand & Deliver. The WWE development brand will offer a Ladder Match for the North American title at the next PPV and tonight two new participants will be named, who will come out two heads up.
Only Sikoa will face Roderick Strong one-on-one, while the other match will be between A-Kid and Grayson Waller.
For A-Kid, the fight has special relevance, as it will be the second in his career within NXT USA and he also had a confrontation with Waller through social networks.
