WWE SmackDown Preview: FRIDAY NIGHT SMACKDOWN DECEMBER 10, 2021— Although we would originally see Jeff Hardy versus Happy Corbin on this episode of SmackDown, plans changed due to Hardy’s firing.
For now, we will see how the rivalry between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar progresses in the face of their fight for the Universal Championship on WWE Day 1. WWE Blue Brand action is broadcast from the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.
Special guests on SmackDown
Tonight the SmackDown tag team division receives a very special visit. Randy Orton and Riddle, better known as RK-Bro, will appear in the blue mark to face the two main teams of SmackDown.
The Raw tag team champions face The Usos and The New Day who are in full rivalry facing Day 1, PPV where they will face each other for the tag team belts of SmackDown.

The Toni Storm Opportunity
Toni Storm has the SmackDown women’s belt in her sights. The former NXT UK champion has been chasing Charlotte for several weeks and asking for a title shot.
Charlotte has not wanted to give it to her, however, tonight they will face each other in a heads up where if Storm wins she will become the contender for the title.
Everything indicates that Storm will be Charlotte’s next rival, so it is possible that the fight ends either in disqualification or without result.
Xia Li’s debut
Xia Li, after weeks of promotions, will make her main roster debut tonight. The lcuhadora was never relevant in NXT, but was part of the company’s draft promotions in 2021. Li will debut in a match where he aims to face a jobber or a local fighter.

Brock Lesnar heats up the situation
Brock Lesnar returned last week from his suspension and did so by attacking Sami Zyan. Lesnar was the cause of Zayn not having a chance in his confrontation with Roman. Lesnar will appear tonight to heat up his match against Roman from Day 1.
