As mentioned during the day, Bayley will not be able to compete at Money in the Bank due to an injury from training. Sonya Deville enters the ring and confirms the superstar’s withdrawal for nine months.

After a promo of Bayley with her injured leg, Sonya clarifies that it has been difficult to choose a rival for the pay-per-view, so the match for the SmackDown Women’s Championship will take place next week instead of Sunday.

Carmella has been chosen as the opponent of Bianca Belair. Liv Morgan bursts in saying that she tired of seeing the superstar getting opportunities just for being beautiful.

An enraged Sonya warns that, as a result of this change, Liv will replace Carmella in the match for the briefcase on Sunday the 18th. Morgan warns that she will exchange the briefcase with the winner of the blue show before Bianca Belair makes an appearance to face your next rival.

Toni Storm is coming to Friday Night SmackDown soon! The news is confirmed in a short video announcement.

Seth applies a Hurracarrana on the uncovered corner and looks for a count of three holding the ropes, but the Swiss resists all the traps. Rollins so follows ringside to apply a DDT. Cesaro arrives at the ring where he receives a Curb Stomp to end the fight.

Meanwhile, Seth Rollins celebrates his victory behind the scenes and, if he wins, warns that he will trade his opportunity with Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship. Edge interrupts Seth Rollins and warns him that he should seek opportunities on his own rather than lurking in the shadows.

The Alpha Academy offers a behind-the-scenes promo. Chad Gable and Otis warn that they will destroy everyone who crosses their path, and from now on all SmackDown fighters will be in the spotlight.

Edge makes his entrance into the ring. The superstar cautions that no matter how many helpers Roman Reigns has at Money in the Bank, the result will be in his favor at Money in the Bank. “The Rated R Superstar” calls “The Tribal Chief” to the ring, and the latter from his dressing room warns that he will go on stage on his own account.
