WWE SummerSlam 2021: Jinder Mahal vs Drew McIntyre confirms for SummerSlam

WWE SummerSlam 2021: WWE has confirmed the eighth match stipulated for the SummerSlam 2021 card. A duel between two former world champions of the company and former teammates.

Drew McIntyre will face Jinder Mahal in a one-on-one match, marking the first pay-per-view match between the two.

The rivalry between Jinder and Drew began in early July, on the Monday Night RAW edition of the 5th, when Mahal was disqualified in his first match against McIntyre, due to the attack of his assistants Veer and Shanky.

The feud reached its peak when Veer and Shanky attacked the Scotsman at Money in the Bank 2021, in the men’s ladder match.

With this fight, the SummerSlam card is completed with eight fights, in which the fights for world titles stand out, such as the one between Roman Reigns and John Cena for the Universal Championship or the duel between Bobby Lashley and Goldberg for the Championship from WWE.
