WWE SummerSlam 2021: WWE fans may force to wear MASK this Saturday to follow Covid-19 protocol

WWE SummerSlam Covid-19 Updates: WWE has reportedly put in place a 24/7 mask requirement for all Superstars and employees.

 It was recently reported that fans attending the WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Saturday. It can force fans to wear a face mask despite COVID-19 vaccination status.

The reason for this is the updated COVID-19 protocol. Which was issued by the stadium, as well as the general mask requirement in Clark County, Nevada.

In an update, Ringside News reports that SummerSlam fans won’t be the only ones forced to wear face masks. As all WWE talent and employees are now subject to a “24/7 mask requirement” – except when eating or drinking. The new arrangement applies to everyone without exception.

Ringside News also reports that all WWE employees and talent must give test for COVID-19 before each show. This order applies to everyone due to the recent surge in COVID-19 cases across the country.

WWE Talent Relations chief John Laurinaitis sent the following mass message to all company employees last week:

“With immediate effect and until further notice, COVID testing will resume on every TV show and event. More details will available soon announce.”

Earlier this month it had reported that WWE was working on COVID-19 contingency plans as positive cases in the country rise again.
