WWE Wrestlemania Backlash: A major Triple Threat Women’s Championship match announced.

WWE Wrestlemania Backlash: During the Monday Night RAW broadcasts through the USA Network. During the show this big news announced. Charlotte Flair will face Rhea Ripley and Asuka for the Red Brand Women’s Championship at WrestleMania Backlash, the company’s next pay-per-view.

Just hours after the RAW women’s title match was announced. WWE announced a last minute change to this match that will take place in two weeks.  After defeating Dana Brooke, Charlotte Flair asked Sonya Deville for a starting shot.

The WWE commissioner again took advantage of her authority in favor of “The Queen”, adding her to the match at WrestleMania Backlash to the discontent of her rivals.

Rhea Ripley won the RAW women’s title in the penultimate match at WrestleMania 37 against Asuka.  The two women faced off in the RAW post-showcase of the immortals, but a frustrated Charlotte Flair chose to interfere against both leaving heads-up to no avail.

The following week, “The Queen” would be suspended for attacking a referee after her loss to “The Empress.”  However, the hand of her friend Sonya Deville allowed her to quickly return and claim a new starting opportunity.

WWE WrestleMania Backlash will take place on May 16 from the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida.

Fans will be able to observe this event via pay-per-view and through WWE Network and Peacock in the United States, as well as in the virtual audience “ThunderDome” mode.  Here is the billboard for the event to date.
