Canada WC 2022 Squad: Canada announced their 26-man squad for the FIFA World Cup 2022, which is their 2nd ever appearance in the competition.

39-year-old, Atiba Hutchinson is the captain for Canada and is playing his first ever FIFA World Cup.
The Canadian team became the first CONCACAF team to qualify for the finals after a 36-year drought.
Canada announced their 26-man squad for the FIFA World Cup 2022 as follows:
Goalkeepers: James Pantemis, Milan Borjan and Dayne St Clair
Defenders: Samuel Adekugbe, Joel Waterman, Alistair Johnston, Richie Laryea, Kamal Miller, Steven Vitoria and Derek Cornelius
Midfielders: Liam Fraser, Ismael Koné, Mark-Anthony Kaye, David Wotherspoon, Jonathan Osorio, Atiba Hutchinson (C), Stephen Eustaquio and Samuel Piette
Forwards: Liam Millar, Lucas Cavallini, Ike Ugbo, Tajon Buchanan, Jonathan David, Cyle Larin, Alphonso Davies and Junior Hoilett

Canada is slotted in Group F alongside Belgium, Croatia and Morocco. The fixtures are as follows:
24th November: Belgium vs Canada (12:30 AM IST), Ahmed bin Ali Stadium
27th November: Croatia vs Canada (09:30 PM IST), Khalifa International Stadium
1st December: Canada vs Morocco (08:30 PM IST), Al Thumama Stadium

Canada finished as table toppers in the CONCACAF World Cup Qualifiers with 28 points from 14 matches having lost only 2 matches.
