Nets vs. Celtics game 2:

NBA Playoffs: On Sunday, although it seemed that Boston would take over the undefeated Nets. However, the Nets hosted the Celtics in the first round of the eastern conference at Barclays Center, Brooklyn, and currently are on the series lead with 1-0.

The Boston was led by 12 points by some effectual switching on defense and poor shooting luck on Brooklyn’s part. But, in the end, the order was restored. The Nets recovered and dominated in the second half of the game.

The Brooklyn Nets have managed to secure second place in the eastern conference despite the trio Kevin Durant, James Harden and Kyrie Irving have not played many games together.

Meanwhile, the absence of Jaylen Brown affected the Celtics but it was Jayson Tatum who managed to play in 41 minutes with averaging 22 points, 3 rebounds, and 5 assists.

Nets:

The Brooklyn Nets did not have it easy on the offensive and they even struggled and have missed easy shots in the first two quarters and were poor from the 3-point zone.

The trio struggled in the first half of the game but managed to score 82 points with 44.8 percent shooting. The nets are currently shooting 23.5 percent from beyond the arc and 89.7 percent from the free-throw line.

Predicted lineup:

Kevin Durant – forward
Blake Griffin – forward
DeAndre Jordan – center
James Harden – guard
Kyrie Irving – guard

Celtics:

The Boston Celtics need a win in game 2 and are up in the series at 1-1. The Boston Celtics are averaging 93 points on 36.9 percent shooting and allowing 104 points on 41.7 percent shooting.

Kemba Walker hasn’t looked nearly as fierce this season as he has been in the past, and with the Jaylen Brown injury, the team is relying on him to generate a lot of offense. He came up short in Game 1, shooting only 5-of-16 from the field and dishing out two meager assists.

Predicted lineup:

Jayson Tatum – forward
Evan Fournier – forward
Tristan Thompson – center
Marcus Smart – guard
Kemba Walker – guard

Game prediction:

The Nets are clearly the better team here and having everyone healthy the game will be at home. They should win Game 2 as well.
