The 76rs starting line-up has shown enough flexibility. In the absence of Joel Embidd, Doc Rivers had experimented with the lineup in Game 5 as well. Philadelphia didn’t turn to backup center Dwight Howard or power forward Mike Scott. They even played small and put Matisse Thybulle in Embiid’s place for the sake of perimeter defense. Although players like Seth Curry tore the wizards apart in Game 5 with 30 points while Tobias Harris scored 26 points, Ben Simmons registered 19 points.

The Hawks were impressive in their first-round win against the New York Knicks. The Hawks offense, led by Trae Young, managed an offensive rating of 111.8. The Knicks may have had the NBA‘s fourth-best defense, but it wasn’t one built around any single elite defender. Thybulle and Simmons are equipped to handle a scorer like Trae. It seems more of a one-man show for the Hawks but Clint Capela, John Collins, and De’Andre Hunter are also the players to look for.
