WWE confirms the PPV to take place on January 1st, 2022 will be called as ‘Day 1’

WWE PPV DAY 1: WWE has revealed the name of the PPV event that will be held on January 1, 2022. Through a local announcement, the company has revealed that the show has given the name as “WWE Day 1”.

The show is still a mystery in many respects. But it is known to take place at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.

It should be noted that this show falls again on Saturday. Recently, Nick Khan, President of WWE, mentioned that this practice would consider more often in the near future.

In a press release issued in late July. WWE Senior Vice President of Strategy and Revenue Development Scott Zanghellini noted. “State Farm Arena is a phenomenal venue with a long history of hosting world-class events.

We are excited to offer this PPV to the people of Atlanta and the many who travel to the city to celebrate the New Year. “

How to Buy Tickets

Tickets for the WWE Day 1 event will go on sale Friday, August 27 at 10 a.m.  (ET) through Ticketmaster.com.  It will air live the night of January 1, 2022 at 8 pm ET exclusively on Peacock in the United States and on WWE Network internationally.

So far it has been announced that all current RAW and SmackDown champions will participate along with the presence of other superstars such as Drew McIntyre, Charlotte Flair, Randy Orton, Riddle, Sasha Banks, Seth Rollins, Alexa Bliss and many more.
