WWE Tag Team Championship titles are the ones that are considered not as competitive as the other WWE titles. But these are the titles that require superstars to co-ordinate and perform as a team. The New Day: 483 days
The New Day have a record of holding the WWE Tag Team Championship for 483 days straight. With this, The New Day broke the previous record of Demolition which was 478 days made in 1989. The New Day has displayed teamwork since its initiation and is the perfect team to hold the titles. The New Day will be defending their titles against AJ Styles & Omos this Wrestlemania 37th.
Demolition: 478 days
Demolition held the longest reigning Tag Team Champion record for almost 30 years. The partners being Hawk & Animal were however bitter at the WWE after their suspension in response to a lawsuit. Demolition would have held the title for more time if it were not for their suspension by the WWE.
The Fabulous Kangaroos: 409 days
Back in the 1950s, when WWE was World Wide Wrestling Federation (WWWF), The Fabulous Kangaroos were a team. The Kangaroos won the championship after defeating Johnny Valentine and Buddy Rogers and went on undefeated for 409 days.
Team Hell No: 245 days
Team Hell No i.e. Daniel Bryan & Kane was one of the most unexpected teams at the WWE. Daniel Bryan & Kane were rivals that somehow ended up as a team. Team Hell No won the Championship by defeating Kofi Kingston & R-Truth. They unexpectedly won the match after Daniel pushed Kane onto Kofi. Team Hell No then held the titles for 245 days straight.
Asuka & Kairi: 180 days
Coming onto the Women’s division, Asuka & Kairi held the Women’s Tag Team Titles for 180 days. Sasha Banks & Bayley were the first ones to lift the Tag Team titles after WWE re-launched the Women’s Tag Team titles. Asuka & Kairi won their titles at Hell In A Cell 2019 and their record is undefeated till now.
